I'd rather stick with the 4312 formation with Leao partnering Piatek, but i also wouldn't mind 4321 with 2 TQ's (Suso and Calhanoglu) - means more creativity for Piatek and less headless-chicken running from Castillejo.
For the love of god do not let Castillejo play TQ, as shown in that Gazzetta graphic. That also counts for Borini
