In general i find fake tits extremely unappealing. For me bigger boobs does not correlate with them being better. The only fake tits that i can think of right now on the spot that i like are Emily Ratajkowski's and that's because they have a very natural look.

Fake boobs that u see in porn, are a really disgusting with these scars. Cheap alternative i guess.

You do know, that boob job nowdays isn't open surgery right? They make about 1,5-2cm cut under armpit and place empty implant between ribs and muscle. When in place, they fill it. Usually not even one stitch is necessary. They look natural, they feel natural (if its a small repair) and if done correctly, you can have a really hard time finding out they're fake even if they're naked.
