In the 8 games voted on so far 24 of our 32 squad members have participated.
Only 4 players are yet to poll a single point from our members.

They are:
Nocerino - Played in 7 games
Constant - 4 games
Niang - 1 game
Traore -1 game

Maybe someone should tell Allegri about Nocerino

imo, in cases like this, instead of bashing the coach for picking nocerino, it's more interesting to try and figure out WHY he plays him... he may be bad in our layman's perspective, but he clearly adds something that allegri wants.

I wasn't really meaning to bash Allegri, just having fun. I think he has had a difficult time losing the best 2 players from last season and having to create a new identity for the team. His earlier formations weren't working and to his credit has changed to a style which, so far, looks as though it will get the team more positive results.

Back to Nocerino, he must be an important player in Allegri's system, otherwise he wouldn't get so much playing time, I fully understand a person doesn't get to coach a great club like Milan without being good at their job. So he obviously knows a lot more than us and trusts Nocerino to do the job he wants, whatever that may be.

I wasn't talking about you... :D

i think all of us wonder why the hell noce is getting so much playing time. though people in general wants to bash the coach instead of trying to figure out why.

Well, in a 3 CM midfield his main rivals for the side CM spots are

Urby: less reliable defensively than him
Flamini: been injured/unfit for more than 80% of the games since Noce arrived and doesnt or didnt score as many goals
Montolivo: has been a starter whenever he's been fit
De Jong: same as above
Boateng: CAM
Muntari: was a starter when was fit, injured now
Traore: newbie, unknown
Constant: newbie, not as tactically aware as Noce
Strasser: injured, inexperienced

However it's pretty obvious Al would preferably not start him anymore. He's benched or subbed off in most games nowadays and his playing minutes will probably get fewer and fewer.

Nocerino play two roles when he is on the field. He defend the line with the DM's and then he attack along with the AM's. Make the team switch from a defensive 4-3-1-2 (or 4-4-2 cause El Shaarawy is tracking back a lot) to an attacking 4-2-3-1.

You need a lot of stamina and movement to play that role. In theory Urby could do that too... But last match he didn't for whatever reason and this was one of the reason why the midfield looked non-existent.

Does it mean that you can vote for one or the other?

Keeping the brackets and emboldening 'or' doesn't really mean anything...

To me, it just looks like you can suggest two, but keep one in brackets with or in front of it.

Shouldn't Bojan have two points instead of one?

i didn't mean that u should write (OR Pato), so no, that's not correct.

1: Ses
2: Yepes
3: Montolivo

the (OR Pato) comes from my original post, where i said that Montolivo/pato was incorrect. and that people have to chose from monto ORRRR pato.

i don't even understand why i have to explain this shit. what's so hard to understand. put 3 fucking players, that's all.

what do you people think when u vote for example montolivo/pato? am i supposed to make the decision for you? 0.5 point to each?
