According to this article, Milan are keeping tabs on the Estudiantes striker should they fail to sign one of thier "main" targets. I think it's interesting that teams such as Atletico, Benfica, and Lazio are also associated with the young Argentinian, who has an EU passport.

according to this sources Milan offered 10 Million Euros
As he's 50% property of Estudiantes, the club wants to get the most out of is sell, so as Atletico de Madrid's offer was only 6.5 million, they might take Milan's offer... they are also saying we asked for Mariano Pavone star striker of their team and the championship, apparently Milan offered 8 million euros for him...
in other words if Milan's 10 million euro offer is serious and stable we will definetely get el Principito(José Sosa)

Yeah Sosa has been linked with Milan for a month now...To be honest from all the names that are being mentioned I wish Milan get him.I mean he is young plus very talented...Its better to invest in him then in Iaquinta or whatever and for that price he is worth it I think.I mean Milan scouts know him well so they better get him fast cos his price is going up everday...

ah no, there are a handful of other crazy ones. Sweden is 21, and the great country of India is a WHOPPING 25 in certain states.
Of course it isnt enforced at all....all you need is either a 50 rupee note (about 1 euro), or a wave to some random 40 y/o guy saying "Im buying it for my dad". and thats in the HIGHLY unlikely case that you actually get questioned about your age. Even if you walk up to the bar with a Gi Joe in hand.
