If Pioli can get the players to look as good on the pitch as he dresses up, I've no worries. Seems very professional and level-headed in his conference unlike GP.

On the three principles he wishes to instil: “Ideas, intensity and bravery.”

We can only hope. Lacked all three under GP.

I have every faith that Pioli is an upgrade from GP by far, BUT, we needed an actually experienced quality coach like Spalletti for this time period. Good luck Stefano... at least he's one classy dressed man

GP is pure beta male, at least it appears Pioli is not this way

GP had tons of ideas and none of the bravery

#calciopioli

go go go!

His win % at the last 3 clubs -
Lazio - 48%
Inter - 51%
Fiorentina - 36%

Hopefully, we will be close to Inter and Lazio and not Fiorentna

I think he will do well. The squad is good enough, he's experienced enough and this is his real chance to show himself at a big club, it could even be his last, if he fails.

4th place is not certain, but I think it will be close. It will depend a lot on winter reinforcements too.

Our competitors are strong, but I think this year our depth is better and the squad is more flexible to formations.

I feel like a lot of Milan fans are wrong about Pioli... I for one think hes well suited to do well and even feel kind of confident. Not that I'm saying we'll reach top 4, but think we'll for sure be seeing a lot better things being produced by the players who are more than capable of doing so, but haven't shown it so far due to the man who looked like he barely had any pulse in him.

Welcome and all the best

Not that I disagree with you. But the bolded part is not saying much, because Giampaolo somehow pissed on our players morale and almost everyone is under performing.

In regards to Pioli, I hope he can at least get us to a EL position and I feel like CL is still achievable with this squad if we can get back on track quickly. We will see his work with Lecce.

The positives that I can say is that from all inerviews and quotes i've heard from him so far he at least doesn't sound like a GP style coach and his mentality and style already sound lightyears better than that tardbox GP. I think Pioli can have us battling for top 4. I think Spaletti would have gotten us there but at least Pioli might get us to at least challenge for it...

Well, now that there's nothing I can do about it, here's me becoming a fan again and willing to give support unless shit hits the fan again.

Good luck and Forza Pioli
