Gabbia (#16) and llamas (#6).

I watched it and really nice feeling to see again acm players in crucial roles.
Gabbia played well in 1st half and loca really good in 2nd (both played as CMs in 442).
Gabbia looked like defensive minded b2b tbh, more for fight and short passes but also going to attack. Loca again had shit passes in 1st half but much better in 2nd. Llamas made few good runs but didnt produce much, cutrone is so...
hmm... interesting, think he will give different feeling to all watching him. Like he isnt selfish in attack (his goal was result of his team play

), working around for team so it is nice, his technique is ok and he tries to play against defenders but always complaining and hands waving was annoying for me at begin but later when you get used to it its just funny - and guy do it almost everytime when ball is close to him

.

So imo 2nd half to watch if someone is interested, for gabbia rather 1st.

If we beat Spain in Spain next year, GD probably won't matter. If we draw it will probably come down to GD and Spain's is ridiculous.

Immobile-Belotti is certainly the way to go. Finding a strike pair with good understanding is rather rare these days.. And Belotti is exploding faster than I expected as well.

As expected, this stupid formation is useless. Playing Immobile on the LW is :fp:

Insigne and Bernadeschi need to come one in the second half.

Romagnoli has been solid in defence but his passing has been a bit suspect, the non-existent midfield isn't really helping matters. Belotti is trying hard, winning fouls etc. but is yet to pose a serious threat in the match.

Zappacosta is worse than Abate, embarrassing to watch.

Rugani, bonucci and belotti were the best performers imo.

The second half was nothing short of great imo. But then again it's a friendly.

It's funny how fast things can change. From an uninspiring and generally regarded mediocre squad to one of the most promising imo within a year or two.
