Its impossible for Milan to pay 30-40m if not selling any player due to FFP

So, what is being argued is that Milan, because UEFA haven't given us a reason for the exclusion, or for what parameters we need to comply with FFP, that we're off the hook until they give us those requirements?

So we're able to spend as we please, until they tell us we can't?

So we spend big this year and then get parameters and restrictions for next transfer window? Is that what I'm reading?

Modric to inter is all but done, one small detail is blocking the transfer, inter want to pay the 750m (release clause) with water coolers while Real Madrid prefer 42’’ TVs

They can give us a fine this September (for past years) as well as next summer (from now)

This mercato was with 0€, with money from sales, but we may have problems in other mercatos if no success (CL) this season.
