I just want Suso to start in his best position.

We are all looking ways to exclude Borini from the XI but it would affect Suso's position.

Also, this is not the game for changing formation unless previously shown we have had success with this formation.

I suggest to stay with 433 and Borini. If he does not perform well, we can take him out at a certain point and sub in a probably-not-match-fit Bonaventura.

Can see us playing bad and drawing or losing- but think that will make montella to change to 3-5-2 which could be a blessing in disguise. With the 3-5-2 and a fit Romagnoli can see us beating inter and going on a long unbeaten run

Don't risk bonaventura starting if he isn't 100% match fit, and no need to start romagnoli when musacchio is playing great.

Also don't switch to 3-5-2 not because I don't like it, but it plays our best player out of position, and right now 4-3-3 is working for us. If we start losing then we can try it.

Only difference to line-up should be if montella really thinks bonaventura is 150% ready. Then him instead of borini obviously.

My subs would be bona and kalinic

Would make very little sense to change things around at this point, the squad has been doing quite well, one bad half against Cagliari doesn't change that.

442 in defensive phase w/ suso & hakan out wide, 4312 when we attack w suso moving to a more central position like he always does when we play 433

but i dont think montella will switch just yet, he only got kalinic & biglia back recently, so expect a few more games w 433. borini to start with jack off the bench to replace him

I realize 3-5-2 suddenly started making sense when we got Bonucci, but unless we start really sucking, it's not worth immediately limiting what Suso can do for us.

Nope......complete opposite.....we will be very strong defensively through the middle and far less likely of being overrun in the midfield than if we had Hakan there.

Yes. Monto-Biglia-Kessie will be a very capable midfield. If Montella thinks Hakan needs more time, this should be the 2nd choice midfield.

Or if Bona is fit, Bona-Biglia-Kessie.
