I'd say two fk's per league season isn't asking for much. Did Hakan score any this season? I can't remember.

It's not just the free kicks though. His shooting in general is disappointing for someone with such a high reputation. I don't expect him to dribble through the entire defence. I'm not expecting him to be Ronaldinho ....but if he put a couple in from the top of the box, I'd be grateful. Too much to ask?

Hakan must do better I agree.

12 assists in all competitions this season so far. 4th in Serie A in chances created. The potential to do better is there. Will he fulfill it? That remains to be seen.

Maybe when we have more competition in each role he’ll step up or be a fixed fixture on the bench.

Our set pieces is very poor. Biglia is very good at it. He scored 5 with Lazio and assisted many from corners. So is rick Rod.

Kessie gets shat on a lot for missing, but he took 45 shots this season in Serie A and scored 5 goals (2 penalties).
So that's a goal every 9 shots. That's 9x better than Kakan

How many times our players went for the shot instead of passing to any open player?

At some point the coach should look for alternatives.

Kai Havertz looks good! Out of the available AMs / playmakers the good ones are Havertz, Dani Olmo, Bruno Fernandes and Hakim Ziyech. Any one of them would be good!

Dani Olmo and Ziyech can also play on wing. B. Fernandes can also play mezzala and regista.

To be fair, Suso & Jack are better at shooting in tight spaces/angles than Hakan

Kessie does not try as many shots from distance as Hakan, but he gets better scoring/assist opportunities inside the box.
He deserves cred for managing to get himself into these positions, but he wastes way more than other B2B mids we've had in the last years(Bona, Paqueta, Muntari, Pasalic, Noce)

Since you're bringing up stats..
3 non-PK goals from 44 non-PK attempts.
That's very poor considering that 29(66%) of them are from inside the penalty box.
26 of them were off target. That's 59%.
For comparison, only 27.5% of Suso's attempts have been off target and only 35% were from inside the box.

In short:
Kessie IS wasteful and selfish.
Hakan is too inconsistent, other than his consistently bad attempts from distance.
Suso has major flaws in his game, but shot accuracy isn't one of them.
