Iturbe has the advantage of knowing Italian football a bit already, and he's great at bringing the ball from the midfield to the top of the box which is good for packed defenses.
Griezmann seems to like to operate as more of an advanced winger, like further up the pitch than the strikers most the time and he exploits space very well. But there isn't a lot of space in Italian football between the keeper and the defense. He also doesn't know calcio yet, so there would be an adjustment period.
