isnt that wrong though? Like if you grouped it into something called "work units"

It should take more "work units" to defeat an opponent as opposed to the "work units" you perform when you lose to an opponent.

Hummmmmm indeed

If this man improves in next season in some aspects, like decisions and passing, he will be insanely good. If he matures in his head.

If he made his play tighter he'd be so good.

Still so rough around the edges.

He'd have an excuse if he was 20 but considering he's 31, he really should be performing better.

I always tell myself that he is still very young every time he makes a mistake, but then the camera zooms in on his face.......

His run in the box made us score the first goal.

He's our engine, i guess he will be better with experience.

The guy needs to work on finesse in everything he does, on and off the pitch.

Excessive, wasteful, blunt, and dull.

He was probably out of steam so he did not celebrate the winner with the team. I could let that go.

Missing a PK at the 90th minute is tinpot mentality. No excuse. He was lucky that the game was won. This should haunt him every night in his bed until he's got something called:

F-I-N-E-S-S-E

No

But not celebrating a goal sometime means the player is more focused on his personal performance (if i shine i can get a pay raise or transfer next summer) rather than the team results.

This kind of players are only happy when the team wins due to their contribution.

No one is implying or thinking this is the case of Kessie anyway.
