Choose one from the old guard like MilanMB, Leaf, Joyrider, etc...

Then a poster like Nutella, Nestafan, etc...

And then Derps.

I think that's a good mix of temperament for mods there.

You are free to apply yourself. Recommendations are allowed in the Mod recommendations thread. Members who reason their decisions to the front of the line. Also motivating your application is a plus.

So do I respond to each of these 3 cases with "Do nothing" if i wanted to apply for a moderator position? Or does General want moderators that actually perform duties in comparison to the moderators we have now?

Serious question is serious because right now, the forum, the threads, the moderators leave so much to be desired.
