If El Shaarawy gets game time in the next few years, he'll be there.

Borini, El Shaarawy, Destro, Paloschi, Insigne, Immobile, Balotelli, Petrucci... Lol! Fuck Spain. :o

There's more to this. Itsly's future is bright. Comparable to Germany and Spain. England on the other hand :lol::lol::lol::lol:

Wouldn't include Paloschi btw.

I'm bias. Leave me alone! Lol!

Paloschi will be one of those solid first team players. Nothing brilliant, but someone who could do a really good job. There are tonnes of Italian talents out there. I haven't even scratched the surface yet!

Clubs have to play a big part now.

Giovinco would also be a good choice.

It is a pretty good generation. But I am rather worried about the lack of a promising CB.. Yet.

Seems to be an abundance of creative/offensive talent. Insigne is probably the one who's gonna make the senior team first. His game is quality.

some 26-yrs old will rise and become a leader.
In Italy, most of the times, CB's are +25 yrs

there are a few. I think Camporese from Fiorentina is a big time talent. Capuano from Pescara is supposed to be talented too from what I've read.

The big issue is development. Italy has wasted a lot of big time talent in the last 10 years, which is why they arent on even footing with Spain now (U-21 Euro 2004 champs, almost none of them panned out)

Italy's last WC highlighted the issue, The attack should have been WC and the best in the tournament with Gila and Cassano with Rosina behind them, and Brighi taking Gattuso's place in the mid. instead the whole team was too old because those players didnt work out due to lack of development at the club level

Italy needs a reserve league in the worst possible way

Camporese looks really good from the few games Ive seen. My hope and wish is that Veratti stays in Serie A. Not only for the league but for him self as well. Moving to PSG at this time of his career would be a big misstake

I dont know, in Paris he would have Carlo looking after him and be playing in a big club with CL plans. I think it might actually be good for him

El Shaarawy will have a breakout year this season, a very dynamic striker.

I hope they give him the minutes necessary to develop. Stop with the last three minutes before the end of the match.

like at the start of the season.. that was so ridiculous :D
he got a lot more minutes at the season progressed tho and i think he will play more this year. i mean he already got a raise so it would just make sense to play him more

If he can become more clinical finisher, he will be dominant. He must work on finishing to reach the next level.

As has been previsoly stated if he improves his finishing he will be key this season.
Really big hopes on this kid.
A good season of 15 goals will please me immensely.

15 goals is more than good. I would be satisfied with 8 goals in all comps and a couple of assists. He is 19 so I will keep my expectations low for the time being.
