Hello

We are most excited as we have got ourselves tickets to the derby next weekend. But to be honest we aren't exactly sure how the tickets work, we have a nice email saying we have them and a membership number and are awaiting our cards being sent out.

Can we pick the actual tickets up from the ground the day before the game, or do we have to go to a place with our email on the day of the game to pick up our tickets then walk to the gate with them to get in?

Also been looking about to get an idea but what kind of attendance is likely? We were planning on getting there early, but how early should we be?

Thanks for any tips.

day of the game, go to the stadium, there are several ticketshops where you can change your print-out for the real ticket

that was the thing some years ago

Did you get the tickets from Milanpoint/Mpestero?

If so, the guy from the webshop has a little boot where you need to show you're e-ticket and ID-card to receive the match ticket.

You might want to be there 1,5 hours in advance, the boot is quite small and there will be a lot of people.

Thanks. We got them off the official website. Is there much to do in the ground prior to the game, decent food stalls? other than soak up the atmosphere. We got tickets in the Poltroncine Arancio.
