I'll go with Clarence because we shouldn't take Pippo away from his job in the Primavera

Seedorf is the man I think. This squad needs an experienced head at the helm.

Seedorf has an awesome look on football. Attractive, attacking, dominating.
The Dutch school, the Ajax school. And his personality is huge. Definitely Seedorf!

Seedorf, simply because he commands more respect.

I can't really decide. But this sounds really convincing.

Seedorf because he has a strong personality and he was part of so many great teams, he is a football legend and hopefully his students can be inspired by him. I'm sure our team would build up faster and play more modern football under him
And he'll probably have more courage - higher demands and goals. + If he fails we'll have Pippo as back up

I'd like to keep Inzaghi at the Primavera but there is an even more important reason why I want Seedorf.

Having Seedorf now for the next 5 months (praying and hoping we don't repeat the mistake we did with Allegri, hopefully he only signs for 6 months + option for one more year) will be great because we will know what to expect from him next season. I was completely against Seedorf taking over in the summer only because Prandelli would then be available, but now, with Seedorf coming in we will see how good he is and then we can decide if we should take Prandelli or keep the faith with Seedorf.

In my book, getting Seedorf now is a win-win, because it doesn't rule out Prandelli in the summer.

He has experience of coaching.
He has experience of working in Milan as a coach.
He knows the youth players better than most.
He has more passion than this whole squad combined.
He is Inzaghi.

He must be the new manager!

Best arguments so far.

Definitely Clarence.

It's not even close imo.
Seedorf is much more articulate, more of a leader, more charismatic etc.
Pippo used to play for himself, didn't do anything for the team (he always got his goal tho).
While C led the line and orchestrated Milan.

Though question, there is no doubt both of them are smart guys and have a good knowledge of tactics.

Pippo already has some coaching experience(not a lot mind you) while Seedorf would probably be able to attract more players his side.

I feel like either one could be given a chance, maybe Seedorf if we want to keep Pippo as a primavera coach and maybe get some players from there in the near future.

Clarence gives the impression that he will be a great man-manager. But I think Pippo is more adept at tictacs, and more suited to manage Calcio.

I agree with that, but I believe that given Pippo's style, he needs a bit more experience

Seedorf could have immediate impact because of his direct style and charisma + who would dare move in front of a player of such caliber

Seedorf 1st, if he fails - in comes Inzaghi

Clarence's manager: ''What can I say about Milan's situation? Nothing, everything has been covered extensively by the media. However, some things in the media haven't been correct. I was involved with Seedorf's transfer to Botafogo and he has a clause in his contract. This clause allows him to leave Botafogo at any time (unless it's to play for another club). I also want to reiterate that Seedorf has all the necessary papers and licenses to become a coach.''

Right now Inzaghi is in offside position, Seedorf is more likely to hit the target.

I like Inzaghi, but with Seedorf Serie B is ours.

Impossible to choose!

How lucky are we Milan fans to get the choice between this great human beings? (Very lucky, we're very lucky)
