Well For Me I Think It Is Not Hard To Win Against Sampdoria
As They Are Small Team And Last Year We Beat Them Twise
If I Remeber We Beat Them Last Year (3-0) And (3-1)
I Prefer To See Rui Costa Rather Kaka And Want For
Sheva To Play And I Want To Rest Maldini- Gattuso-
Inzaghi For Barcelona Game And I Think Milan Will
Beat Sampdoria (3-1)

This is a must win game. I believe we can win.
Preferred formation : Dida, Cafu, Nesta, Maldini, Pancaro, Pirlo, Seedorf, Rino, Kaka, Pippo, Sheva.

Nesta and Rino should be fresh, they didn't play against Atlanta. Can Stam play?

Our spirit is very high after the Atlanta game because:
1. 4th consecutive clean sheet.
2. 3 players scored their first goal of the season (for Kaladzhe it was the 1st for so many years).
3. The subs get enough playing time (Brochi, Rui Costa, Ambro, Billy, Serginho). Carlo should've field Abbiatti instead, no offense to Dida.

Based on above facts, we MUST win!

As for Juve vs Chievo, I really think this would be the time when Juve will get another draw. Chievo's defense is the join 2nd best in the league (Milan is the other).

Players to watch from Samp : Flacchi and Bazzani.

I don't think Inzaghi will play he has another minor injury. I think Crespo should be given another chance in this game. Maybe even rest Maldini? Question is who could go in instead of him with Stam unfit?

I don´t see Sampdoria as a small team but I agree it´s important that we win this game.

Actually, I think this game is more important than the Barcelona game as we are practically through in our group anyway.
We have to keep up with Juve in the league!

We shouldn't have any problems if we continue to play like we did in last two matches.
My only concern is Milan slow start against this so called smaller teams.
We need too much time to break the deadlock, and most of our goals our coming in the second half.

Definately Flacchi has a great shot and is known for scoring some beauties, for Bazzani he is great and especially against the team he loves he is going to give it his all to impress. Dangerous off set pieces.

Our players should be well match fit but i think Sheva should be rested or start on the bench, and maybe Kaka. Brocchi should be given another shot.

Well we have always performed well against Samp. and last year we beat them
with ease 3-0 and I expect to beat them again on Saturday.To tell you
the truth I'm more relaxed when we are playing away than when we are
playing at home.I think that Rui should play again cos' he had a good game against
Atalanta and I have noticed that when Rui plays together with Kaka
he plays very well.When Rui is on the left he has more space and the oponents
pay a lot of attention on Kaka so Rui with his killer pass can make the
difference.My formation

He's going to get evaluated again by Prof. Maertens (the dude who finished up van Bastens career I think

).. so yea, it looks like it's not really sth 'minor'. I'm quite concerned, I think the club are lying to the public about his real condition - - - How can it be he was deemed fit to play just recently + all of a sudden the pain is back + not only that, but he also needs 'expert' consultations again ?? Haven't they dragged him across the US just 2 or 3 months ago ?

I think that Pippo's situation is really bad.I remember that they said that he was going to have surgery so his ankle will finally heal and that after the surgery+ the recovery period everything will be ok.But it looks like its not.I really feel sorry for the guy.

Pippo's situation is bad..........to havr two ankle surgeries and play two matches and then go back for more treatment can never be good. If it wasnt serious, he would go to Belgium - so i fell for him.

Passion i agree with you......Carlo PLEASE DONT PLAY CRESPO. Milan have 1 world class striker, 1 average (JDT), 1 poor (Crespo) and 1 injury crock. Bring on Gilardino or even Tevez or Cassano

This will be a hard game. Sampdoria play very well at home and are a quiet well organised side with a few mangnificent individuals. I wouldn't be surprised if we came away with a draw, but I'd say 2-1 victory for us. Our defence will have to be playing well and no individual mistakes or we will pay for it. Our midfield needs to show creativity once again, and if they do that I am hopeful that we will come away with the 3 points.

Umm... I really think Sheva should have some rest!! But the problem is, since now Pippo seems to have some problems on his ankle again :cry:

and Crespo is not really that good... we seem don't have much choice, but to play Sheva-Tomasson. I know both Sheva and Tomasson are great strikers, but we have so many matches coming soon, I'm just concerned that we don't have much rotation for the strikers!!
And I really hope Pippo is going to be ok, he has to travel to Antwerp (Belgium) to have some further examinations about his condition or something... I'm really worried... :cry:

I really want to see him fit and be able to play again soon!! :star:

I have in mind the game againts Barca thats why I choose this one.. such for Barca game I think we should play a lone striker with Sheva with the support of Kaka

Maybe you guys are right in saying that we should try to play JDT-Crespo in this match against Sampdoria... since when I write Sheva-JDT, I haven't take into account the upcoming match against Barca and obviously the Barca-Milan match is a much harder one!! We need Sheva in that!!
Umm... but honestly, I don't know why... I still think it is a bit risky to play JDT-Crespo. But yeah, maybe we can give it a try...

(By the way, when I'm writing this post... at one point, I feel like I'm the one who is deciding the line-up for this match, like I'm the coach or something!! haha... I forgot it all depends on the decision of Ancelotti, not me!!

IMO the Sampdoria match is more important than the Barca match!We are-5 from Juve and this is a match we got to win.The Crespo-Tomasson partnership is not tested yet and somehow I know that its not gonna work.So Sheva must play in this one.If you ask me I would rest Sheva against Barca cos' in the Cl we have 9 points,we play Shahtyor at home and we are going to the next faze with great certainty... so at the Nou Camp we can afford a draw.
