Changing name back and forward isn't respectful IMO since others might think it's a different person. Though one name change can't harm anyone

What's the story with that? MilanoMike is better IMO, but it's your decision. When you have a name as your nick it's not so weird to answer when you are referred. That was the reason I changed my first nick here.
