Bonucci had said after the Juve match that if he were to advise F&M, he'd advise them to get international quality players who can raise the level in training as well.

Very ill-timed and mis-placed comments I had thought. Gattuso is absolutely right. A captain shouldn't be trying to imply that the level of players at training is not right when we are in such a crucial period of the season.

Bonucci has been the furthest thing from impressive since he arrived. Amateur mistakes in matches and that was a stupid comment.

He's been fairly solid and consistent under Gattuso.

Stupid comment, yes. However, important especially with news coming out about our ownership and the financial woes. It's important to remind them that we're not "good as it is"

man, it's so depressing when you think about our bench options, possibly the worst bench across the top 6 sides in the top 4 leagues.
