Dexter - shit ( should have stopped after 3 seasons)
The killing - :star:

a very dark shade to it
Suits - god damn rachel :thumbsup:

Luther - Irdris is a mans man :beer:

Copper - okay, civil war kind of shit
ray donovon - not good
Orange and black - heard good reviews
Newsroom - i like it, but second season is a wash

is heroin use a big problem in alaska?

i honestly never thought about it...the state is never really in the news much. kind of like wyoming...i mean, doesn't seem like anything ever happens there

Az you should try .. the killing or bridge(very new so dont know where it will go) .. little dark and drag but excellent crime thrillers

Im going to give the killing a god, bridge if it survives the first season.I made a policy of not watching any new tv shows until i know they are renewed for a second season, thanks for the tips though.

Yes Hannibal is so smooth and dark, totally awesome.I love all the little metaphor's in it, my two favorite things are(i put them in white since there spoilers):

-Hannibal's take on friendship.
-The cage metaphor, simply awesome.

not smooth or flowing but its dark, real, dirty, slow crime thriller. very good twists and turns

one season looks like a lot of stories.

two seasons are based one one crime
third one on another so its descriptive, acting is excellent, dry and detailed

its not a "cool" series but a rock solid series, slow pace might put people off it
