What sort of money are we looking at from Europa League for teams ? Any figures?

I checked some time ago numbers about season like 2013/2014 and there is big difference.
Team winning el got from uafa like 20-25 millions, teams in final of ucl received like 65-80 millions. Passing group stage of ucl for ita (number of teams passing group stage from specific country, population of country, etc ) teams gives at least 40 millions alone :)

So if you dont see yourself as a winner of el with given ucl spot in that way then it is pointless to play there if you wanna fight for 3-4 spot in league with ucl promotion.

But its your chances of obtaining CL increases. It's why you see teams like Sevilla, Spurs and the like fight tooth and nail for it. Players also like building their stats up in Europe. If you don't take EL seriously, youre a dumbass unless you already have UCL spot and even then...

Problem is how big chance it is for you - if you look what kind of teams will be there (from 2 leagues only able to aim for semi-finals): mu, spurs, roma and fio. So this teams will play 14 games (6 in group + 1/16 + 1/8 + 1/4 + 1/2) + 1 in final and we already know only one of them can win it. So if you dont have squad and prefer to fight for top3 or top4 all season long instead of put all in one competition where one bad game (red card or not called offside) can end your season then what is more rational?

Situation would be much better from 'chance' point of view if more teams could get spots in ucl by el like f.e. top4 of el. From other point of view 2 seasons in el give same money like passing group stage in ucl once.

Truthfully, Balo is still the nightmare that has always been. Tactically he is a nightmare to watch. On the other hand, Vincent Marcel looks very promising.
