I'd love to see the whole fairytale ending where he came, slotted in perfectly and became the world class striker he ought to be... but I worry it could all go horribly wrong. Another year away and lets see what he does.

I agree, I'm sure he will arrive one day, but hopefully in a couple of years. He is still young.

Saturday 2 April, 2011 Balotelli car in crowbar attack?

Mario Balotelli is seemingly never out of the headlines, as his £80,000 Maserati was smashed by a mob with crowbars.
The Manchester City and Italy striker is always in the papers for the wrong reasons and this morning The Sun reported on an apparent revenge attack on his car.


"One of Mario's people brought his Maserati into the body shop on Wednesday. I think he didn't want word to get out,” a source told The Sun.


"Mario apparently kicked off at someone in Manchester and they have smashed his car up.


"One of the lads at the garage said it had been 'batted' down the side. There were dents on the left side, the roof and the back end, plus minor damage to the front."


Police say Balotelli did not make a complaint about the attack.

Berlusconi not keen on Balotelli

AC Milan president Silvio Berlusconi has said that he is not keen to sign Mario Balotelli due to the forward's behaviour.

Balotelli, a Milan supporter, has been strongly linked with a move to the Rossoneri since leaving Inter for Manchester City in the summer.

However, Balotelli has continued to attract negative headlines for his antics on and off the field and he was recently dropped from the Italy squad for breaking Cesare Prandelli's code of conduct.

Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani refused to rule out a move for the forward last week - "We'll see in the future," he said - but Berlusconi has now indicated that there will be no approach.

"There is a Milan style of behaviour that I don't think is very close to that of Balotelli," he said. "He's a lovely lad who every now and then has a bit of a distraction, let's put it that way. I don't think his style suits us."

Meanwhile, Galliani believes Gennaro Gattuso will still be at the club next season.

Russian side Anzhi are said to be interested in the 33-year-old, but Galliani told Corriere dello Sport: "I don't think he will leave. He has a contract with us for another season, and hence, he is not a free agent.

"Should a big offer arrive from the Russians, we will listen to it. However, I don't think he will go there. I think he will remain with us."

Balotelli played very well last night against Sunderland. When he has the ball at his feet he always looks dangerous.

Balloteli actually pays much better now than what he used to do.
Besides stupid incidents(like Cassano for example) his game improved a lot, he looks much more mature.
Him and Tevez look good partnership with clear leadership from Tevez.

Heard he came on as a substitute then was substituted himself for lack of effort, the guy really is a dick I don't want him anywhere near this team

I honestly dont see why we need him as long as we have Pato.
Pato is gonna be twice the players & half the stupidity.
Its like we have Balo x 4 in Pato.
