For our Past Titles, mainly Champions League, I was wondering if anyone had some great pictures of us lifting up the ChampionsLeague trophy besides theyear 2007 as I've got a poster of that already.
Thankx.

Good decision!:)
Being out of the forum for quite some time and haven't performed my job as mod (let alone contributing to this forum), I was quite afraid that I've forgotten how to merge threads :D

If ever a list was made which included the giants of club football, AC Milan would be seen sitting pretty at the top. With 18 international titles – the most in the history of club football along with Boca Juniors – Milan is the most successful football club ever. Nicknamed the Rossoneri (the Red-Blacks) and il Diavolo (the Devil), Milan started its journey on the night of 16th December 1899 – little more than 110 years ago – when six Englishmen led by Herbert Kiplin and Alfred Ormonde Edwards laid the foundation of a football club which would become one of the biggest and most successful football club ever in the history of this game.

Anyone else been watching the old AC Milan games on ESPN Classic?

Sad to see the San Siro almost half empty at times these days compared to how it was packed out in the 80' and 90's! But good to see likes of Baresi, Costacurta, Boban, Gullit, Van Basten, Donadoni and even "the teenager Maldini"!

Insomnia. Of course, one of the best things to do in these situations is watch taped Milan Classic games from goltv. Pre 1998 is always hazy for me because we didn't get consistent Serie A matches so whenever I see a 'milan classic' on golTV I'll DVR it...

Just watched Milan 5-1 win over torino from April 1995. Can anyone find highlights???

1 things stood out to me compared to todays Milan. (well not just one thing, but one major thing). Lots of sweeping passes from midfield and defense and watching them i thought, Pirlo can lay these same and if not better balls. But the major difference??? Milan had players capable of carrying out the run and doing something with it at the end.

Saw Albertini or Baresi or even savicevic dropping deep laying constant sweeping balls to Lentini, Donadoni, Simone who could actually out run defenders and do something w/ the pass. These days... milan only have 1 player capable of this. PATO

Of course you know it's a classic game when Lentini is scoring and assisting left and right :D

Baresi did have one ball to Donadoni where I just dropped my jaw. I don't think most CMs can make that pass... Let alone defenders.

After a draw 1-1 to race Barbera first leg , tonight at San Siro , Milan has imposed for the Verdi to 2-0 with 4 'and Zigoni to 63'.

Great emotion, then, this evening at the Scala of Football for the youth of Milan , in the stadium of the "big" lift the cup will certainly unforgettable memories. In the final first Scampini must leave the field for a calf problem. In its place Mr. Stroppa insert Pedrocchi. The first half ends as cover 1-0.

In the second half of the Palermo Technical Pergolizzi replaces Ardizzone with Sposito to try to overturn the result, but the Rossoneri have yet to take control of the game. At 49 'minutes, in fact, the guys Stroppa be close to doubling the network: the first committed Schenetti Caroppo outgoing rejected on the Sicilian port Zigoni tries, but its high-end finishes just above the crossbar.
At 60 'Mister Stroppa decides to enter Oduamadi Schenetti, but after a few minutes the Rossoneri are forced to make another substitution because of a contusion to Strasser, in his place down in Campo de Sciglio.
Skip one minute of the game and the 63 ' The Rossoneri are the network of 2-0: dance action Verdi on the right ball Zigoni means that the network realizes the doubling.
At the end of the race yet Milan: Before Verdi hit the post outside the test Oduamadi riveted there, but a great Caroppo denies Rossoneri the third goal.

"I made 104 years on April 16 and Aries" said Mrs. Mary Crugnola Isella, Varese doc came and lived in the city. "For many years I lived in Calcinate Fish then I moved away Mount Tabor, near the Kursaal - current Palace Hotel."
Mrs. Mary lives with her son Henry, 84 year old. "I am the last of 12 brothers. My mom always told me that I was lucky because the family of 12 is a lucky number. I had two wars. I still remember the bombing. There was little to eat and had to make do." "When I moved away Mount Tabor, there were only two houses." Today there are many buildings, but "here is good. We are quiet, there is no noise" continues Maria. Walking alone, sometimes uses a cane for support. Like walking in the garden and can go down the stairs alone. When it's sunny out on the balcony and walk on the terrace. In the summer spends all his time in the garden, under the copper beech, which is mounted a rocking chair. Asked what the secret is to reach 104 years Mrs. Mary responds: "Eat little and love ourselves. Be good, good will to all and love your neighbor. I eat everything, I am a hearty eater and I always take half a glass of wine red diluted with water. " "I am very sporty, AC Milan supporter and I follow football matches on television. I'm lucky that I pull out a key when playing AC Milan," concludes nice granny.
