Interesting half, pretty even in terms of chances but I can really see why Spurs are going for Adebayor and Lass Diarra. They have absolutely no one up front, VDV playing the furthest up field with Defoe making a few cameo's here and there. Bale has been kept quiet so far by Smalling but the war isnt over yet. Midfield for both sides is good and so is the defense bar United's Evans. Livermore has been impressive so far

They really tried to get a mistake out of De Gea today, he was pretty good in my opinion..considering all the pressure he had around him. Despite the two mistakes he did, I believe his confidence will grow gradually and he'll be pretty good...it's not like it wasn't a risky signing from the beginning.

I feel the same about them trying De Gea.
There were loads of chances where they shot from ridiculous angles instead of bringing it forward, hoping to force a mistake which never came.

Agreed, Young is so vital to their team play and he has developed a great understanding with Rooney and Evra.
