Let's not fool ourselves here. Kalinic is just a good player. Nothing special. If anything we need to be afraid of Icardi more.

Silva Cutrone is a potentially lethal combo and if they gel, might be even better than Silva - Kalinic.

Who we miss the most is Conti ....but we still have a decent chance as long as Kessie and Biglia show up

Does some things well, but he's not the workhorse a la Mandzukic he was billed up to be. Seems lethargic and wasteful compared to Cutrone. Not as good with the ball at his feet as Silva. His holdup play is better but not by much.

We paid almost twice what Roma paid for 29yo Dzeko, for an infinitely inferior 29yo striker.

Bacca is better. Certainly better at scoring goals. Many but of us were saying this were laughed at....I'm still hoping that his legendary link up play appears sometime....but I think for that to happen, we'd need a Silva or Cutrone partnering him to finish off the knock-downs etc.

I like my strikers to score the goals :b:
