i'll email the suggestion to dixie carter.

TNA to me is like talking about italian football to EPL morons, most people just believe what sky (or the WWE) tells them.

put simply if it was just the WWE and no real competition then I wouldn't be watching wrestling.

What exactly did TNA have over the Dubyew Dubyew Eee when you first started watching? As in, what was the reason why you preferred TNA?

x-division.
nearly everyone in tna that I like is or was an x division wrestler.

the same thing that made me a fan of WCW.
inbetween all the fuckerys and lame mainevent matches you had benoit, malenko, eddie guerrero, ray mysterio, juventud guerrera, chris jericho, kidman, jushin thunder liger, ultimo dragon and the luchadores tearing up the show.

the one thing vince never had.

Dean Malenko, the man with 1000 holds

I remember Jericho claiming to be a man of 1004 holds and bringing a long ass list of the holds he had

So lemme get this right, damn. You like a wrestling show, for the actual wrestling?

That is... different.

wwf was the last to get on the bandwagon.
ECW started it, wcw blew wrestling up with the nWo.

all the wwf did was take a watered down ecw style and throw money and production values behind it.
it's only called the attitude era because wwe won and bought the rights to the wcw and ecw brands.

vince then went on to blow the invasion angle which would have been an nwo style takeover but for "real".

I heard from some of the shoot interviews that wwe was about to go bankrupt in 1997 when wcw was beating them in the ratings, vince couldn't pay the production staff wages.
if bischoff new this he would have killed the wwe and we would be calling it the nwo era.

you need to watch some old ecw.

I don't watch it for the storylines

it's hard to understand now but the nWo was a revolution in wrestling.

a decent analogy would be that wwf was juve they were the biggest and best around and wcw was milan.
like milan got bought by berlusconi wcw got bought by ted turner (owner of cnn) they both threw money at their teams and both wanted to make them the best.
hogan, hall and nash where the MvB, gullit and rijkaard.
bischoff was sacchi and the nWo was the revolutionary concept.

nWo was the reason wrestling became cool.

One thing's clear - WCW vs WWF put on much, much more of a competition than WWE vs TNA.

If only TNA started posing a legit threat to WWE.

WWF became amazing because WCW was awesome as well, when your competition is great you will become great.

we can have different tastes but we can all agree that the WWF and the WCW were awesome.

wwe is lame and TNA is even worse

I don't think the awesomeness of WCW or WWF will ever come back, especially since most guys out there are pussies compare to hogan/316/scott hall/kevin nash/hbk/HHH/rock/taker etc.

yeah, vince without competition is a douchbag.

it will take time but TNA is already winning in other countries.
in the uk tna impact is watched by more people then raw and swackdown combined.

(wwe is on a payed subscription channel)

A reason why TNA wins is because WWE is on
sky and other cable channels you have to pay extra for , TNA is on free channels. It does play a factor , but I don't think it's much behind and only 1-1.5 in the ratings .

Anyway ECW 94-97 greater than anything anyone put out , had cruiserweights first , had Benoit Eddy Malenko Juve Jericho Phsycosis Rey first , the bloody brawls edgy storyline shocking promos it was a bit OTT at times , Raven was awesome .. I loved that period of ECW

Since forever? Daniel Bryan is 178/179 but everybody's calling him a midget.

WCW Jericho was not jacked.
