Milan so far in 03/04 has had a marvellous season but age is growing.
Soon. Costacurta will start getting injured IMO (niggling injuries from age)

Rui wants to go to Benfica, and fair enough - he started there we should let him finsih and replace him with youth.

These are only my opinions, critisize if you wish :)

Out
Costacurta
Rui
Roque Jr
Laursen
Pippo<--sorry but hes gettin on

In
Zebina
Stam
Trabelsi
Diego
Ronaldo ;) i wish
young striker -Saviola is unrealistic[/b]

Costacurta should stay and finish his career with milan, rui can stay, a decent backup for kaka.
About laursen and roque jr we all agree, they should go. Pippo should stay, partically if gets ghis form back.

Stam and Zebina are both welcome, and perhaps a young striker aswell, ronaldo is unrealistic, saviola perhaps not, cause he must get a spanish passport to stay at barca.

Too early to call it.I will wait for the season to finish. Not fair for fans to talk about next season's marketing while current season is not over.

None, but thinking of some.
Serginho should go .A.S.A.P. replace him by signing some other better young winger. Cant think of anyone at the moment.
Rui should stay he is a luxury to have as a backup.
Laursen and Roque should get away from the club. Roque jr. had a loan spell at Leeds and he was pathetic. Just not ac milan quality.
Maybe Milan should sign Mateja Kezman. Him and Sheva would be a perfect partnership

Yeh, Kezman is alrite - but PSV would want quite a bit for him.

Corradi wouldnt be bad, hes good in the air for Cafu's and Pancaro's crosses and he would be very cheap

When PSV signed Kezman from Partizan Belgrade a few seasons back, they paid £10 million for him. So i would imagine they wouldnt let him go for anything less than what £15-20 mil?

15-20 mill £ for Kezman my ass! You have to remember that those crazy times are all over, they're history man. No one pays that large sums for players no more, just see the sums paid for Beck's & Ronaldinho and you'll realize that the amount of money in football-transfers ain't the same as what it used to be...

Anyway, we should get rid of Ancelotti, Laursen, Serginho, Redondo ( ) and Roque Junior (although he always plays good for Brazilian NT..?)...

Reinforcements are needed, I suggest Rothen, Ferrari, Corradi/Gilardino and Belezoglu Emre! (If we get Emre then we should get rid of Rui...)

And btw; Rui has recently stated that he wishes to stay with Milan until his contract expires, and I understand him, he's got a fat salary + he's member of the current best team on this planet, what more could he ask for? ;)

i usually have a pretty conservative attitude when it comes to the squad and changes, but i think there are some areas that need change for next campaign.
gk
dida is still a god, and hopefully we can hold on to abbiati for a nother season. no changes needed.
defense
first of all, we need younger defenders. pancaro and cafu have been outstanding this year, but they cant keep it up. we need a good young rightback(hopefully rafael), kaladze to keep fit(possibly maxwell to cover him) and we need to get rid of laursen and of course r.junior. coloccini hasnt had a bad season, we could bring him back. we need someone other than zebina for the fourth cb. even though stam is, imo, the best defender in the world, i don't know where we would use him. on the right??
midfield
i think the starting midfield is perfect, we just need some depth on the bench. rui costa and ambrosini must stay, but serginho has to move on. a perfect replacement for him would be cesar from lazio. redondo should probably move on as well, so we need another cm, maybe someone like donati can come back. if we get cesar were covered on the left, but on the right it would nice to be able to throw in a similar player.
attack
in shevchenko we have the best striker in the world. tomasson is a great player, we should definitly keep him. inzaghi must go... no matter what. he is just not good enough for this team. the ideal replacement for me would be chevanton, although kamara would make things interesting. i guess we can keep borriello, no sense in having 4 worldclass strikers. with cheva and sheva, we wouldn't have a real aerial threat. dont think bazzani is that good, but he's definitly better than flo(o my holy god, why the hell is he being mentioned with us?????)
what do you guys think?

us_bombs, i agree with you when you say that laursen, roque jr and Serginho must go. They are just worthless, and im sure by kicking them out we would save a lot of money on wages.Yes, Maxwell would be a good replacement for Pancaro, but would he be a regular starter for Rossoneri when Kaladze is fit? Would be a close one because i think that Kaladze is a good player. I was thinking that Abbiati is worthy of playing next 3 league games because Dida needs a mental break. He must be tired now, and that stinker performance against Depor confirmed my thoughts. Everybody else within the team is doing ok. Rui and ambro should stay to give us the squad depth, and they are great covers for Gatusso and Kaka.

Flo is being linked with us , nooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!! He is so lanky i dont like him. He couldnt make it at Rangers, and why the f would we want him then!!! Does my head in grrr!

just the fact that flo was with sunderland during the worst season in the history of the epl says it all. disgusting

We could shift Maldini to the left, hes played there alot in his Italian career and for Milan, then move Stam in to the centre next to Nesta and Cafu on the right.

Now, if thats not one of the best defences EVER, i dont know what is

Diego is class, but there is really no point in him coming if Rui is going to stay, 3 attacking midfielders...im not so sure

i don't see the logic in signing diego, especially if rui costa is around. with silvio's two striker system i don't think he'll get picked ahead of kaka, and he definitly won't like sitting on the bench. we should invest in some youth.(and width)

pippo has to stay. he has something to prove after his wretched season and deserves a chance to do so. all the BS about him not being good enough for milan is becoming tiresome if not outright annoying to read. not good enough are guys like laursen and roque junior - so do this elderly lady a favor and cut it out, guys. ;)

in the long run rui and pippo can be rotated with kaka and hopefully some new guys to be signed in the summer and will more and more fill the role of subs after next season and phase out their careers or go back to benfica, respectively. ancelotti should give more consideration to implementing a regular turnover scheme that will prevent the team from running out of fuel at a decisive point of the season as it seems to be happening right now.

new quality signings are a must not only to make sure milan remains competitive domestically and internationally but also to increase internal competition and pressure; this season some players are a little too sure of their starting position and IMO this has at least partly contributed to the uninspired less-than-100% performances we currently deal with.

names have been mentioned, unfortunately totti will remain a dream until he's available for free at 34 and in need of a remunerative 5-year deal. ;)

since i'm one of those who prefer young to old and believe in long-term planning i would spend money in the summer on at least 2 defenders, 1 midfielder and 1 striker, all of potential or immediate starter quality. i'll come back with names later, i need to narrow down my choices first.

for technically skillful players with creativity and other useful attributes we don't have to look as far as south america but should scout in france, portugal, holland, the czech republic and last but not least italy.

eeiii...,,,

Rui Costa - Is great ...full stop -never leave (maybe Befica in a few years)

Costacurta - You can't find a better buck-up man... let him sit on the bench

Serginho - doesn't do any harm on the bench either

OUT-----------
else LAURSEN should leave straight away... just like ROQUE JR. did. (no offence) I just hope these exits will be permanent...

REDONDO - sorry but out .... disater transfer...

Pippo as a sub would do quite nicely... my fav would be sheva & cheva

IN-------------
Zebina - why not ,good playa
Stam - Yes, please
Zotti - if true ,yes please
Chevanton - if true ,yes please
or Gilardino - if true ,yes please
Diego - yes please..

if fact so far so good...

FORZA MILAN  :devil2:
