Guido Rossi is a former member of the Inter board of directors in the nineties, during calciopoli trial he was "elected" Head of the Italian Football Association and he stripped Juventus of their two last Scudetti and gave the last one to Inter. He wasn't able to do so for the 2004-2005 one as Inter was third behind Milan, and despite his great efforts he couldn't finding anything incriminating on us, so instead of giving it to us as it should have following the logic of the 2005-06 one assigned to Inter, he decided to not allow it to anyone. Justice at it's best, even the Maffia is more honest.
To top it all, after Juventus was demoted to Serie B and Fiorentina, Lazio and Milan slapped with a ton of penalisation points, giving Inter a massive head-start for their second in a row "honest"Scudetto, he resigned as Head of the FIGC and immediatly was assigned as Director of TIM (Italia Telecom), interesting enough TIM is a main sponsor of Inter Milan and was also the firm that recorded the intercepted phone calls that lead to the calciopoli scandal to begin with.
So basicaly Guido Rossi is Moratti's puppet/marionet or whatever you call it. Currently he stopped being Director of TIM too and is enjoying a fat retirement check and his lifetime VIP season ticket at Inter Milan, a very honest and nice person thanked for a job well done.
