About Ronaldo, I'm glad he scored and I hope he keeps up with it. Also, I hope nobody fuckes up his knee, cause he proved to be useful, although I still maintain my objection on Milan signing old players.
Also, about the fact that he's disrupting valuable playing time that our UCL strikers are missing. But, if he gets us to fourth, then he's done his part.

Ronaldo: 'I am happy at Milan'

Ronaldo has told Spanish daily, 'As': 'I have been given the chance to play at Milan and to feel like a professional. I have worked at Milan like no other place, there is no comparison. Milan does everything to get you 100%. In the Milan Lab, the laboratory of the club, the players follow a daily programme. The fitness tests take place each day and are directed to get the players in top shape.'

More on the "As" interview (just gonna put the things related with Milan as the interview is too long, and I have to translate it...I certainly don't have much to do atm). Whatever is on italics it's something I added or an explanation to something that might not be understandable.

interview said:

Y optimista.

You seem happy, like if you took some weight off your back (not in the fat sense, well maybe, but Ronaldo interpreted in other way)...

Yeah, sure, I'm too happy, a lot. They gave me the possibility to play football and to feel good as a person and in my profession. That's how you work in this club, there's nothing left but to be happy. And optimist.

interview said:

Could it be that they work much better in Milan than in Madrid and the rest of the teams in spanish football?

Thanks to my experience in football I can affirm that the work in Milan isn't done in any other place. I said it when I arrived and the guys from the other side of the block (he is talking about i cugini, the merda, Inter) got angry. Truth is, it's not comparable. The club gives you everything to be 100% all the time. There's Milan-LAB, where they check -daily- the players, from tiredness to lactic acid, he, he! The physical tests are done everyday, it's 1000 stuff so that the play will always be a 10 (on his best).

interview said:

Your friend, Roberto Carlos has already announced he will leave Madrid in june. Would you buy him for Milan?

Right now (flashback of Esajas+ other 30+ players we have bought, let's be careful of this one guys). And more due to how bad they have treated him in this last phase as a madridista. He had an offer from Chelsea, and they told him to not accept it and they promised to renew him and give him a better salary. Now it turns out he played bad 2 games, that Bayern eliminated Madrid, but not only because he lose a ball, eh!, and they have turned their back on him. That's not from serious people, nor men.

interview said:
¿Y Ronaldinho?
And Ronaldinho?
I would also buy him: I want all of my friends next to him (oooh Esajas). I'm sure that Ronaldinho would also feel confortable with the way things are done in Milan.

interview said:
Is it true that Kaka and you call/dare/ask/tell (wtf chinchan really is?) him to leave Barcelona?

No, I at least haven't talk with him. But Berlusconi and Galliani have stated in more than one occasion that if there's a possibility of Ronaldinho leaving Barcelona, Milan will be there willing to get him. This is a club that respects everyone.

interview said:
¿Y ve usted a Kaká en el Madrid?
Lo veo imposible.
And do you see Kaka in Madrid?
That's impossible.

He blablas a lot of Madrid, he couldn't hate Capello more, and says that theres no game in Serie A where he doesn't end up with a lot of knocks. I'm actually afraid of the possibility of Roberto Carlos and a Esajas type of friend from him.

We have Kaka and Ronaldo which could be a huge factor in getting Ronaldinho at the end of the year.

Hmmm R10 at Milan Next year......... Wow talk about a dream come true to many Ac fans! But we need a first class defender more than we need R10 in my eyes. Emerson coming to italy next year a D-Midi but hes up there in age I wouldnt really want him if anything for mid field there has to be someone to take the pressure of Riki R10 would do that to a T But I would love to get a guy like Guti or Sergio ramos!(still dreaming) Ok last thought about Robby C. I watched a load of Madrid games earlyer this year and he played very well in my eyes made the player of the year Cannavaro look average at best in La Liga yes hes getting on in age but I think if you have to make a guy to play on the opposite side as Oddo then getting another 1st class defender in the middle I would take chances on R.Carlos he still has the wheels to blow past people with sheer speed. What do you guys think? take a risk on Carlos? try and get R10? besides the first stop in the line of a top rate defender!

Not all of them. Let's be honest; Berlu pretty much wants him only to put asses in the seats. It would be an illogical signing at best; how do he, Kaka and Ronaldo plan to share the ball? Why don't we just go ahead sign Adriano while we're at it?

A definite no on Carlos if we can help it. He's way past his prime, as the WC more than painfully showed (he wouldn't have even been selected had someone other than Parreira been the coach). We don't need another somnambulistic free-kick specialist.

Why are you gushing over so many Madrid players, anyway?

We don't need another Brazillian has been, treating this place as a retirement home, we've already got 2.

Gila's probably scored more than Cafu + Serginho have played this season, and when Cafu's played, he's hardly been MR. Consistent

it's simple. they hate Brazilians. can't stand 'em.
emerson, cicinho and robinho are about to follow suit.
i bet milan will sign all of them.

If we're that gullible to sign Emerson, Cicinho and Robinho, then we probably deserve to lose to Inter for awhile.

maybe you didn't understand my initial post... but it doesn't matter...

anyway... Milan is an Italian team... not a Brazilian all-star-has-been team...

My point exactly. Are B&G trying to replicate the squad that stunk up the joint at the World Cup? :head:

age is no excuse, if he's not good enough he shouldn't play, so its mainly carlo's mistake, not cafus.

Ya I guess it wasnt obvious that Iam a madrid fan. Not to mention they are falling apart as we speak, so it possible to snag players from them with more ease than usual (Sergio Ramos would fit nicely). Obviously we wouldnt be wise to get any of the players DESTINED to leave Madrid , I just regardless of what some say think Carlos can be very useful brazilian or not. As for the smashing of Cafu subject he is a legend we know he is done top flight football let him finish his year doing what he loves, Of coarse not at the expence of Milan not lineing up the best players but he is a nice bench player! As far as the second brazilan retirement member I sure hope your speaking of somone other than Ronaldo , he has showed in only a handful of matches unfit or not how it is almost a crime to line him up with the likes of gila and oli.

Back to the subject of RONALDO looked GREAT yesturday just could not find the back of the net. The legs are coming back rather quickly this is really showing over the last few games a praise to his work ethic and Milan labs!

Ronaldo scored an own goal in the first half of the charity match tonight in Marseille.

1-0 at halftime, Zidane 6-2 Ronnie final.

Dida played the first half, Abbondanzieri the second for Team Ronnie. Don't know if any other Milan players took part.
