Sometimes its okay to be honest. A look in the mirror sometimes is important. As opposed to a belief that you are great when you shit. I've seen deluded people and they do not improve nor learn. Most important thing is learning, you can be shit today, but tomorrow is a different story. But don't blame the players like Miha either.

Exactly. It is nitpicky to be picking on every thing he says.

However, I feel like we played worse in our draws with AEK Athens / Genoa than we did in our losses vs. Roma / Inter.

I am not sure if Montella is just trying to save his job at this point, but I really hope to see some changes against Chievo.

He need to act as a better manager at first :

1 - Stop fuckin sitting on the bench like scared pu...y when we are loosing

2 - Clarify his strikers standing, tell them this is a team game. Obligation to be happy when someone is sent off for another + Obligation to kiss who is coming in (Kali starts every Serie A game, Silva every EL Game -> mean what ? Cutrone on loan -> ask for Di Maria ASAP)

3 - Bring stability and wins back.

we can see a lot of effort from the players, but they keep totally lost on the field.

this is result of rotations and rotations and more rotations.. you cant rotate so much a 90% changed team.
