That Messi goal was one of the best so far in the tournament. The ball from Banega, the first touch with his thigh by Messi to control it out of the air and then the finish on his weaker foot. Rojo with a striker's finish to win it. Amazing.

It would have been a great shame to see one of the greats during our time (like him or hate him, but that is a fact) miss out and have sides like Iceland or Nigeria advance.

a nation like iceland is far more exciting to see advance than messi. literally unworldly if they make it through.

is it only me or all Argentina players seemed to be ignored their coach ? I mean the celebration goals and half time break .. they ignored the coach .. Messi the one who talked with team at half time ... but Argentina was very lucky to passed the group stage ... imagine is Iceland won the match ..
