Thauvin would give us more options in attack. He’s not super fast, but he is versatile, which should automatically shut down the Suso comparisions. He won’t wait on the wing to get the ball and try 1 of 2 tricks, he’ll go into the box to score headers and volleys, he runs in behind when the opp’s defense play a high line, he can play a proper through pass, he can float a cross or drive a cross, he has vision, and he can score from anywhere on the right flank. Left footed right-wingers are in short supply, I can only think of Nicholas Pepe as a comparable player nowadays.

It was pointed out to Maldini that the last three seasons in which Milan remained unbeaten in the first 11 games, they went on to win the Scudetto in 1991-92, 1992-93 and 2003-04.
