psg cant spend more than 40 mil euro due to FFp, so exchange or loan is the only way to get them,
but hopefully Donnarumma stays, theres no need to sell him right now.

we have reina who is a better keeper.

Someone mentioned it earlier. If they sell SMS then it'll be soon. I'm sure they'll want time to replace him. And there is ways around FFP. I would guess Lazio would prefer payments over multiple years so it looks good on your balance sheet going forward instead of one whole sum.
