I think germany will win it, specially with silva suspended

I think the Low or Bierhoff or someone from the coaching staff should mention Fernandinho and his constant fouling, tactical & otherwise, and how he gets away with it constantly. Just put pressure on the ref b4 the match, cuz this guy is getting away with murder.

The tricky bit is to lose in such a way that will convince the German FA to keep Low.

Only positive coming into this match is that Neymar might not play. I hope the game ends 0-0 and the penalties drag on forever.

World Cup over for Neymar
By Football Italia staff

Brazil star Neymar has fractured a vertebra and is out for four to six weeks, ending his World Cup.

The striker was taken to a private clinic for x-rays after he was stretchered off in agony during the 2-1 quarter-final victory over Colombia.

He was kneed in the back by Juan Camilo Zuniga and was crying in pain even quite a while after the incident.

The diagnosis is of a fractured third lumbar vertebra, which means a month on the sidelines.

This ends his World Cup, having scored five goals in six games for the Seleçao.

“It is a fracture that can happen and will take a few weeks to recover from,” explained Selecao doctor Rodrigo Lasmar.

“It is the third lumbar vertebra. We’ll have to wait and see how long the recovery process is, but first we must wait for the results of the tests and then see what happens.”

Neymar was accompanied to the Sao Carlos clinic by Brazil medic Jose Luiz Runco.

“If he really is out, it’s a day of great sadness,” said teammate Julio Cesar.

“We know how much Ney wanted to shine in this World Cup and how much joy he brings to the Brazilian people. He’s a lovely kid.”

Brazil will be without captain Thiago Silva for the semi-final against Germany on Tuesday, as he is suspended.

Wow, on the surface, this is put on a platter for Germany.

They would have to invent ways to lose this one. But German engineering perseveres where none others does. (Like a formation change where none is needed. )

Same formation as last game please. And someone to man-mark Brazil's last counter attacking threat: Oscar (khedira/schweinsteiger). Remove him and the rest will fall into place.

If Brazil win this which I highly doubt, then they'll be world champions.
