Yes Mourinho hasn't been at his best lately but nobody here can shit on him when we have, with all due respect, someone like Pioli. I appreciate all the work he's doing but c'mon, Mourinho is on a different level. And I don't even like Mourinho and I'm very aware of his flaws. Let's just keep things in perspective and not get emotional with our assessments.

Mourinho > Pioli, in any league and at any point in time. Simple as that.

They wanted Allegri out because he wasn’t able to reach top 3 with Birsa and Poli.

Allegri leaving was a consequence of Berlu losing interest in the club and not wanting to invest. That's when he started hiring a string of inexperienced managers that would just be happy to have a job and listen to his "attaccare" bs .

I wish Pioli had the galls or ability to have tried this formation

His 4-2-3-1 has gotten obliterated many times against all our rivals who play 3 at the back. Infact the only rival we have a better head to head against is Napoli who plays 4 at the back

This also eliminates our weakest position against our strongest opponents

But Pioli isnt a good coach so here we are

Pioli has no sack. He found a solid formation in the 4231 which works when our team is playing great and Ibra is starting but is awful any other time. Plus the 3-4-1-2 takes Theo and moves him from a position where he's hit or miss to a position where he could be a breakout all star at wing back. Seems common sense to me, but hey, we have Pioli...

It's not only about the salary...if you bring top coach, they are expecting some serious reinforcements for the team. From the bigger coaches, we may get Sarri and that's about it.

Depay, De Paul, Belotti, Lazzari, Rommangioli and Donnaruma wont be ACM players next season.

Cool I'll only post what shitty players we will likely get and not have any thoughts or opinions

What's the point of a forum if you can't share your ideas? lol

This x100.

What people might not realize is the reasons this club doesn't bring top coaches is that they demand reinforcements and money spent every year. Every time we are tied with a mediocre coach it's because we aren't going to spend that summer. This is why it's always semi-decent (but not top) coaches that we employ.

Juventus tried that this year with Pirlo and failed.

Sheva is actually doing kind okay for Ukraine, but he's far from ready for Milan

Big yes to Sheva. His Ukraine plays some nice attacking football. He had good coaches through career.

Student of Lobanovskyi. We also need some eastern european players.

What an achievement to finally reach the final after outspending the whole of Europe for 10 years.
Outspending because they are City... not Pep fault.
But they dont buy stars , they over spend for good players & Pep make them stars.
Zinch. Walker. Stones. Foden. Gund.... Come on.
Its no coincidence that most players have their best years with him , MOST.

Also many other coaches had more stacked teams & still failed.
He is indeed under performing in CL but he dominate domestic leagues like no other.
He will redeem himself if he win it this season.
Usually he over innovate during CL knockouts.
Pep is his own enemy sometime.
Lets see if he overcome being his own weakness.

Shit what a dirty team this PSG.
They easily deserved 3 more red cards.

They lost it after they thought they werent getting any calls and the 2nd goal went in - even Veratti was out there hacking down players.

They had no invention and it seems like they were aiming for City defenders

Hope its Real vs City - more glamour even though that gives Real a chance to add another.

I wanted both out

I didn't end quite well

Lessons of the last 2 decades: you dont ask your coach to out.

What Calls ?!!! City barely let them have a shot.
This Diaz is immense for them.
All of this while having no real ST.
I honestly thought Pep over complicated his tactic , again.

 as if Allegri was doing well and was gonna be doing well for years to come  just cause we replaced one shit with another, doesnt mean we regret that bitch is gone. After GP and Inzaghi that was the worst football we played, real torture.

Milan will be the only club to have so many legends and butcher all their legacy with appointing them as coaches. Can we just stop

I never said they were legitimate calls :lol::lol::lol: Just that PSG players thought they werent getting any whistles in their favour.

I commented plenty when the match was ongoing that City was extremely disciplined and PSG couldnt find any openings and a player like Neymar for all his ball skill couldnt craft any openings.

Sheva would bring Mukolenko in Milan.

Allegri's abilities and spell at Milan are overrated.
