Maybe, but the management has to upgrade the positions 1 player at a time. They probably won't get 2 right wingers in one window when there are other positions to strengthen.

They need to get a a new RW, new LW, new striker and cash in on Castillejo and Leao. Plus they are going to need a backup left back, and maybe backups to Hakan and Bennacer.

Leao should stay as his ceiling is high.

He's already backup to Rebic on LW. Milan currently don't have the financial resources to support having a 30 mil left wing backup who is not consistently performing.

Plus like you are saying that he can't perform with Pioli and Milan currently don't have any plans to replace Pioli. Then that's even more reason to bring in / keep players that can work well with Pioli.

You have players who love to play with their back to the opponents' goal and who want to receive the ball in their feet to start the action from there, like hazard, leao and so on, and there are players who want to receive the balls in the open space in front of them, and make their action when in movement, so they prefer to play with their face towards the opponents goal. Of course the first type of player will -in general- run less km's; is he therefore less effective/more lazy? No. Next to this, he looks totally demotivated, uninterested and lazy to me, but that's another story.

It's not so difficult to grasp.

It's not so difficult to grasp.

If the player can consistently have an impact on the game like Zlatan, Theo H, Bennacer, Kessie then that's the most important thing.

If a player is scoring / assisting every other game then, it won't be such a big thing if he goes missing for large parts of the game.
