As I have understood it if several teams end with the same amount of points said teams form a ?mini-league? like we know it from Serie A.
In the case of group B Finland beat Denmark by 1-0
Russia then beat Finland 1-0
If Denmark beat the Russians with anything above 1-0 (2-0, 2-1 etc.) they'll finish 2nd, assuming that Belgium beats Finland.
If they only beat Russia 1-0 I guess the table will depend on which of the three took the biggest beating from Belgium

True but finishing 2nd will most of the time grant a much easier opponent than finishing 3rd would.

or an easier route to the final

Yeah I get that but if I'm not getting the players that show up on the transfer page then who are points deducted for the transfer?
Because the transfer page has Immobile and Lukaku, Sane in midfield and Spinnazola in defense

I believe the transfers will be valid from next matchday onwards. There should be two free transfers per matchday. If you want additional, points get deducted.
