not watching the game but read that lippi is lining up a 4-3-3 but I think he will see that its not good and change it to 4-3-1-2 again

Pirlo - De Rossi
Iaquinta - Marchisio - Di Natale
Gilardino
He then subbed in Pepe for Di Natale at half-time and looked like he switched to a 4-4-2:

I doubt it. He'll either play in a 2-man midfield with De Rossi or a 3-man midfield with De Rossi and Marchisio. There was talk about Marchisio playing an advanced role behind the strikers, but it didn't seem to be working today.
