It's good to have tactical flexibility. A player like Dani Olmo would be useful for that. He can play on the wing as well as a playmaker and also in midfield. He also takes the dead balls for D. Zagreb.

Then Pato as free transfer would also help. With the right players the team could switch between 4-3-3 and 4-3-1-2 when needed.
