I don't get the people who mention Spaletti as if he is as good of an option as Mourinho and the rest of the high profile coaches.
What has Spaletti ever done that makes you think he will fulfill your strange ambitions? If anything, the guy is toxic and leaves a bad atmosphere .. we have done well in recent years to fix the problem of the team spirit and the last thing we need is someone who would disrupt the squad harmony.
That is not to say that the coach must be nice all the time, on the contrary sometimes I wish Pioli would shout at some of the players who act like faggots but what we have done is we hired Ibrahimovic to do that and thats where the problem lies perhaps, we've given him too much power when the coach and management should be doing the disciplinary work.
