Potential is here but needs to work more. To bad he hasnt got some seriousely good CB next to him.

Also his reaction to Udinese goal? What was that, turning his back to the shot...ok.

But has many qualities. HOping he will develop more and become a great CB.

his partnership with Zapata is fairly solid already, so it's perfect time to us to win without concede any single goal

I don't get the comparison with Nesta. Where them slide tackles at.

poli lacks confidence. otherwise he is actually good offensively i think. gets into dangerous positions. too bad his finishing is worse than robinho. defensively he just runs all over the place like headless chicken not sure if coaches actually ask him to act like that.

I was the first to mention his name here. He was my first dream signing alongside Darmian. Where are you, qaas?

Maybe the two of us? ;p

Haha whatever...I was clearly first. But I'm glad you boys jumped on the bandwagon sooner rather than later

Deserved red card.

Stopped attacking play by sticking his hand out.

I guess he though it's better to go down to 10 men in first half than 2-0.

We will see whether his gamble paid off or it was as naive as it first looked.

wasn't deserved, fuck the ref.

if they were to card every such tackle no game would end with 22 men on the pitch.

The contact was there.

The Genoa players knows how Serie A works.

It was a counter attack/attacking chance.

It was easy second yellow.

Keep crying guys. Romagnoli got played like a ukulele.

sometimes
if a ref wouldn't have given a yellow there no one would have accused him of anything. if he wouldn't have given a foul, I doubt pundits would even comment on the play and it's fairness.

giving a 2nd yellow for a weak foul after giving the 1st one way to easily was the ref's choice. a choice few refs would make.

it was in the ref's power to decide and he didn't chose the fairest way, he chose the one that would hurt us most

deserved, but quite harsh, red card.
even if he wasn't booked prior to the tackle, you can say he stopped a clear chance at goal with contact to the face.
so that by itself, although quite harshly, is a red card

Deserved second yellow. Clear chance and a high elbow... Lack of experience to try and get away with something like this.

Also on that second yellow the Genoa player got away from him in a similar fashion to how Guarin did... Romagnoli wants to push the player towards the side and when the opponent cuts towards the center, Romagnoli doesn't react in time. Hope it's not a trend.
