Argentinas biggest problem is Messi. I know it sounds weird. But when you have one player so much superior than the rest, the team develops a habit of relying on him too much and just pass to him, then you take him out and there is no team left, just bunch of strangers

Does anyone have a real opinion on Balanta , I've seen this guy on FM multiple times and I want to know more from someone that religiously watches this league. What are his strenghts etc

was a beast in 13/14 particularly in the first half of 2014. hes got bags of energy and good timing in his challenge. since then hes been incredibly inconsistent and had a few injuries. hes been dropped multiple times and hes 22 now. when funes mori left he failed to really take the reigns of that defense. hes also not the tallest and his positioning isn't ideal, hed struggle at a top european side. I think from river mammana is the bigger talent. he's only 19 and replaced balanta in the team at key moments towards the end of last year.

Its a gift and a curse. So many talents but you cant use them all. I tried to come up with a defensively solid as well as great attacking side from the squad.
