I really hope this happends. As I understand it Abiatti is tired of the bench in Milan and wants another club (which is fair enough). Dida has only one year left on his contract and if we want to get a bit of money from him he has to be sold now.

Also, (I can´t confirm this for sure) Juve has recently bought a new keeper + recalled one of their goalkeeping talent that was out on loan, so maybe they are preparing for Buffon leaving... and relegation!

Interesting proposition, I like the idea of it but something tells me this is another one of those transfers which never really had any hopes of materializing. I doubt Juve would sell Buffon unless they got relegated. Especially since he had signed a long-term contract to 2010 or something like that not too long ago.

Also, would Buffon's arrival signal the departure of both Dida and Abbiati. If Dida doesn't sign the contract then I suppose so, Abbiati might want to leave to be a starter somewhere else. He isn't a bad goalie either so I wouldn't blaim him.
