It shouldn't have been but I can see your point.
I also did laugh at Lazio demanding the ball back when they kicked it out to try and pressure a penalty. Why should we have given it back, it wasn't an injury.
Also, why is the forum so dead again? Match threads barely get 25 pages, only last year we were close to 50 every match weren't we?
People would rather discuss accounts and circle jerk in the commode rather than watch actual games lol.
Re: the game...it would have been a soft penalty even by the rules. Surely Mike already bring in motion, and the players actively jumping into him, if you look at it he move to jump directly at the keeper and goes down.
Would I call for it if it was for Milan, yes... Would I accept the decision, yes.
The red for blatantly pulling Pulisic down lol, no contest haha.
The second "second yellows"??? Not sure what was said...
Oh, Leao's yellow for pushing two, three times till he took the player out, actual lol... Is he trying to get some yellows accumulated so he can get a rest?
Disallowed goal... His breath was offside? But who cares, we got that all important "one more goal".
Okafor to the rescue, again I'll say I like how he takes chances. He's instinctive. He's a converted striker, I don't get this Leao back up theory???
Can he play upfront on his own? Not sure... As part of a fluid attacking unit? Yes.
The rest of the game... It was a back and forth, exciting basketball match lol. If I was a neutral I'd have enjoyed it more.
Do we have stats to back up us "containing" Lazio like we did Atalanta?
Because, again I saw a team playing disconnected, leaving holes and space but not creating loads of changes that warrant the gung ho approach to every match.
But hey we got the W in a hostile match, the players showed great solidarity and spirit, and kept going. Well done guys.
It was a win for players.
