Ironic considering cercis best season was as a SS while jack, SES, menez and co have almost always played on the wing with and/or their best seasons there

You know what I mean. Yes, it is different but they players have been deployed as "wingers so..... ?ntil we see Miha use Honda as CAM or whatever , then we have 8 ( including Niang) players who have been used as "wingers" .

You know what I mean. Yes, it is different but they players have been deployed as "wingers so..... ?ntil we see Miha use Honda as CAM or whatever , then we have 8 ( including Niang) players who have been used as "wingers" .

I do see what you mean actually. It's just an irritant for me when anybody who plays in a non-central position is referred to as a winger. The classical winger is the guy who plays widest in a 4-4-2. We have no one of that type except maybe Abate.

You are correct that we have several players who can play wide and offensive.
