People blame players and coaches

attackers: leao, okafor, morata, abraham, jovic, pulisic, chuk
7 playes but only leao and pulisic are on some level other are just pure crap
leao - with shit workrate and average finishing and pulisic who has workrate and finishing but is limited against better players 1on1

midfield: reijnders, fofana, benna, musah, rlc
5 players for 3 positions ... but why with 5 changes per games we look so crap... well even shit teams can also rotate half of their starters each game but not milan
reij is top class (just lack stronger shot), fofana is just ok/nothing special (should be on rotation)... other are just crap as footballers -why they are even here?

defenders: theo, thiaw, gabbia, pavlo, tomori, florenzi, calbria, eroyal, jimenez, terra (1lb, 5rb + walker, 4cb)
any of this player is wc... theo can attack but wont run from defense to attack, season after season after season and summer with NT just because our team cant score, and often nobody cover leao lack of workrate what lead to outnumbered our left side

we lack any quality on the bench with 5 subs of 10 starting players
we play open football but our attackers cant score, that lead other teams to belive because we are very open at the back; and because we need to win we play more and more open football with each passing minute.

our play by the middle doesnt exist because of lack of strikers and capable midfielders (reij only there)
and our right side is dead because pulisic needs help in attack but eroyal is brain dead as attacking fb... calabria isnt good at defending but makes proper runs (and often passes) to be an option in attack when winger needs support.

okafor is dead, chuk is just brain dead winger, morata is more false 9 who was never good enough for top football as a striker, abraham is not wanted by mid table asroma, jovic contract extension....

reij running each game because only he has some quality, musah same as benna is just waste of space, rlc is just stats but 0 football quality as acm
fofana i dont understand ... we should have 2 players like reij and cdm in front of defense, if he isnt cdm... he isnt good enough because we need different type of player

Furlani is not a likable person. However, I do not think it is his fault that the squad is poorly built. If we are saying that he failed to sign the players that Moncada and Zlatan wanted, that would be a reasonable against him. But, I don't think that has been the case. I believe it is mainly Zlatan's fault that we have a bad squad. Even Moncada is not the main culprit because he only knows about stats, nothing beyond that. It is Zlatan who should bring the football knowledge to the table. He must ensure the players have the needed attributes including beyond stats. That includes mentality, physicality, experience, etc. If Zlatan cannot do this, then what is the point of having him in the management? Just being a mascot as he has always been?

Dont know who takes responsibility for scouting, transfers, team direction in longer than 12 months time, so im writing here as he call himself a boss.

Season ends with disaster, even after elimination from UCL we could still fight for top4. Losing 2tier competition as coppa is, with EL qualification was just proper result for this shit season.

We ended last season with oliG leaving, we extended contract with jovic... just to sign morata and tammy and ask ... jovic to leave. half season later we sent morata away, we got gimenez for over 30m ... just to bench him and play tammy as main striker... and then jovic returned to our squad as a starter?
Like ... who make decisions like that? Any scouting, talk with manager who he needs to system we play... or we just go for players available on market?

Our scouting is something what im thinking for long (since we went for CdK and adli) - we tried to play high line, pressing, attacking football, all around whole pitch 1on1 - singing snails as cdk and adli is something opposite - you can say adli was cheap but over 30m for cdk? cdk is above 190cm but he isnt also dynamic person who can score goals from crosses.

Not seeing how limited rlc is and going with him as main/only attacking mid? Calling for felix who isnt performing well anywhere since he left portugal...

Pulisic isnt a guy who can win 1on1 vs better players, he is as useful as berardi ... good stats but cant carry the team when it matter, when there is no leao or someone else able to create space ... he is just average. We can compare him to frank ribery (hard working for the team, assisting, scoring), but french was a class player this is just US version of berardi.

Other type of winger (than ribery) was robben - he was working less for the team, but was deadly player in attack. Leao isnt that type of the player, that is why i think he never will be attacker for top team in europe (maybe with functioning midfield and defense he can work but not as main person in attack). Also when he started doing more in defense he wasnt so dynamic in attack anymore.

Midfield is dead, we have now bunch of names with benna returning (rlc, fofana, musah, bondo) but who is a starter? reijnders leaving is just hilarious situation since he is our only source of creativity. Idea of replacing him with 40yo modric who is able to play maybe once per week isnt maybe terrible (no europe for us) but is just sad. And we still need 2 new mids if benna isnt in top shape - modric-benna-fofana midfield for season in serieA (good performance and average of this is huge difference)?? Dont know who is leaving/staying...

Defense = Mess. 1LB to ask to play whole season after euro in summer 2024 (for like 5 years without real sub), gabbia becoming a starter is sad (zagreb assist started our disaster in UCL), pavlovic headless, thiaw should be loaned if he isnt regular starter because he isnt developing. eRoyal... who would expect he is shit? 15m and staying for next 3 years with us... great.
Whole defense need to rethink, transfers, proper cooperation with midfield in defending because we look so exposed each game.

Next window with big rotation of players, next when we wont fix problems, theo leaving - we need 2 lbs? leao leaving - we need quality winger? Who is our CFs - gimenez and camarda?
Rebuild that starts with reijders sounds terrible... mikeM isnt huge difference maker (injuries, mistakes), leao isnt top attacker (but chuck also should be sold).
Each position you look is requiring some fix (except gk) - or better starter or not disaster in sub. After 4 years in UCL...

And ye... garry shows as often on milan games as on JLo birthday party. Some were complaining about maldini behaved as owner... now there is nobody around team... and team looks like bunch of mercenaries. Nobody even talk with fans about anything- squad, goals, vision of football, what is with stadium?? Just enjoy football and buy a kits.
