Well, most of you guys think that hockey is Canada's national sport. But in fact it is lacrosse. I really enjoy this game so i thought of starting a thread about it. Anyone else interested in this insane game. The fastest game on 2 feet?

well i kinda hate lacrosse just for the fact that bunch of rednecks lacrosse players here in lincoln dont get along with soccer players (who r mostly international ppl)... well we play on the same university field so sometimes it's the matter of who gets the field...
other than that, it's an interesting sport, though playing soccer rocks the most, hehe

Anyways...i watch it sometimes..Toronto apparently is the best as i havent seen them lose a game.
Whatever happenned to that Montreal team?

I too love Lacrosse and play for a team. What formation do you play Cuore? My club play a diamond deffensive, but I would rather we played the old trident attacking formation, it is so much better. I'm playing Lacrosse today at 5:30 PM, what about you guys?

I'm actually playing today at 4:00. I have this crazy scotsman on my team as well as this huge black guy who looks like he's from the congo. We're waiting on this dude from toronto to show up, apparently hes a beast. I have 11 goals this year which is fairly average. Theres also this little italian kid like 3 years younger than everybody, hes fast as lightning tho....little remo, what a star.

We hate them because they uset to be part of our team but they left us because they wanted to play people from outwith St Andrews, and we had a rule against that.

i play too, but i dont kno, its raining here, and my game mite get cancelled,, wat position do u guys play,im defense, seeing how im one of the tallest and roughest guys on the field, but like i said my game was supposed to eb at 4 also(maybe we're in the same leugue cuore) but it mite get cancelled bc my team mite not be able to make it, dam and we we're supposed to face a team that i hate, i'll tell u guys if it gets cancelled or not

Sounds like a real trooper, the middle easterns are usually the best in the league, they just know where to play the ball. They make the little tiny opening HUUGE!

I know what you mean about those types of players. The rest of us cant even imagine how the likes of Hamish find those massive spaces in the rear of the field.

i heard theyre good at stretching teh defence wide open so they could score with their stick and torment the other team

Oh yeah they are great at that but alot of people don't like that style of play as they think it is bending the rules.

I'm glad to here it, missing Lacrosse is a burden no man should bear. Congo could you contact me as soon as possible as my coach wants to organise a Lacrosse exchange with your team.
