Too many modern day fans want a quick fix. Fast food generation who probably eat microwaved meals. Good food takes time to cook.

A manager should always be given 3-6 months to work in peace. Even more so after an international tournament.

Another point to factor in is the late signing we always make. This cannot help the manager in moulding his team for the beginning of the season.

He has tough fixtures after the break with Juve and Atalanta before the mid-season. We need to be in top 3-4 by mid-season or we need to start looking for the next coach.

He’s being sabotaged by a select few bitter players. The management must back him while he weathers this storm. It will be a shame if he’s sacked and not adequately replaced. He’s a decent manager. Some players are letting this club down.
