His confidence and determination is behind his success, but what I've noticed is his awareness. His mind is in the game at all times and that's rare for such a young and inexperienced player.

Of all the good thing he's done with his playing time, my favorite part is still how he ran to pick up the ball from our net after his fuck up vs Destro. That was huge.

Can?t remember which game but Kalulu curled this audacious one touch low pass right through the midfield to Theo. Risky stuff but Kalulu didn?t give a fuck. That?s when I started to think we could have a baller in the making here

Think he is suited more at home vs teams who sit back at cb than in away games vs genoa who play with target men

He is on the smaller end for a high level CB but not too small.
I think he is best when he can play more strategic and involve himself in build up. He looks more at home at CB than at RB.
He gives me strong Alaba vibes type wise.

This guy just doesnt give a flying fuck. He plays like he's 30.

Such composure and he's a good passer as well.

You can see that he is very serious for his age, he is already growing moustache.

This guy is gonna put gabbia out of a job soon...
at this stage he is above Musacchio in the pecking order.

He is quick and positionally astute but he is weak in the air. His usage could depend on how we wanna approach our opponents

He is not weak in the air, you are just assuming that because he is not a CB by trade

absolute gem. not sure why pioli didn't use him earlier.

I'm sure he wasn't the same when he arrived here. He had zero professional experience, Pioli had to teach him a few things.

He did learn quick tho.

Kjaer and Romagnoli for now.

Kalulu and Gabbia for the future.

Looking good at the back IMO

Positionally he has some gaps to figure out and so far not the best at marking crosses/long balls. But I think this kid has what it takes to be a special talent. Very happy to have him, and what a steal signing. Can you imagine if him and Gabbia keep progressing and become our 2 starters eventually we'd have 2 CB's that cost next to nothing. Top business right there

Higher potential then Gabbia seems like. Gabbia feels like our Rugani.

Should have been subed after his injury. Of course with such inexpirienced players it’s also more difficult to tell if they are overly eager to stay on or in the other direction overestimate pain.

How long is he out for? Dam shame he lost his marker in cross. Other than that he was our best player.

I hope this beautiful child gets to start vs Spezia. But I think Dalot will get the nod...

13 Feb Spezia - Milan
18 Feb RS Belgrade - Milan
21 Feb Milan - Inter
25 Feb Milan - RS Belgrade
28 Feb Roma - Milan

I think that in the 18 Feb game we will play Milan B formation, and if they are comfortable in the first leg, they will play the second too because there's Roma right after.

Excited to see how he will develop next year, and in which position.
