I never really understood why we got him tbh

Stats looked mediocre and in decline even compared to a couple of years ago
Eye test was kinda ehh
All touches vids I saw of him were of him taking highly inefficient routes and making unintelligent choices

I don't get what convinced us to want him beyond the whole "pioli wants dribblers" meme

Just one question .... Is it still too soon to judge ?

Many questions in here for @Wild I see

I dont get it either.
But many players are underperforming so for me its a coach problem.
Hopefully we will have a better coach by next season.

Sadly I don't think that is enough.

I see him slightly better under a good coach but he looks bang average. We expected to get a top quality player, a very good one at worst and he looks below primavera quality.

This is a bigger miss than CDK and you all should admit that.

I will say that when he is given a second season.

Moncada’s algorithm needs to be re-written if it recommended this guy.

He hasn’t even shown flashes, he’s shown absolutely nothing.

Out for a walk.
Works hard, but seems one dimensional on the ball. Tunnels too hard on cutting in. Needs to open the field and work more with Calabria.

He hasn´t fulfilled the expectations so far but what I like is that he shows good mentality, not scared schoolboy like CDK. If he adapts to Serie A and improves his weak foot there is a good player in there.

Roger Federer is the GOAT
His last game was the best game he had with us

Let’s see today if he can improve

Never mind my words.

PLEASE FUCKING STAY.

This is the nature of competitive sports. You deliver and back you up. You drop the ball and we drop you.

We are not related.

I am emotionally connected to the club and not to any individual employed by the club.

English commentators butchering his name though.

CHUCK-OO-EASY.

Goner for sure under Conte.

There is no place for wingers in Conte's system.

There will be 2 SS and 2 CF needed. Pulisic, Okafor, and Jovic will stay. A high profile CF will arrive to replace Giroud. The attacking department is then good to go.

The squad will look something like this:

4 GK Maignan, Sportiello, Mirante, Nava
5 CB Thiaw, Tomori, Gabbia, Pellegrino + 1 high profile
5 WB Calabria, Theo, Terracciano, Kalulu + 1 high profile LB
4 CM Reijnders, RLC, Musah, Adli
2 DM Bennacer + 1 high profile
2 SS Pulisic, Okafor
2 CF Jovic + 1 high profile
Total 24

Shopping list is clear:
CB, LB, DM, CF and all must be high profiles.

Use the money from selling Leao wisely.

Wingers be gone.
