Spraying passes, helping out the defence attack and wings, working very hard.
He's like a complete package. Very high potential ceiling.
I love that he joined us. Until now he has been worth every penny we paid for him.

We're playing 4-3-3 and if we defend with only 2 midfielders, we're gonna have a bad time.
Especially since our defense is far from solid at the moment.
formation needs to be fluid. someone from the back like Theo/Davide could and should help the midfield. but it's not pioli style

If Pioli plays this right we might have finally got our number 10.

He seems really slick and and good on the ball but his decision making and composure in the final third is not up to standard

Hard times to score his goals.
But Reijnders is doing great, the team needs to get used to use him more.

I want to see a little more "thrust" and end product from him. Hopefully as he gains confidence and maybe fully settled into life in Italy we'll see that step up in end product and a bit more killer instinct.

A few of the guys also need to take a few more risks in the final third.

But overall he's been a pleasant surprise...

That moment exactly, the team is addicted to pass back and not making the high pressure, this is a coaching matter to be worked on.
I admit this season is a bit better than last season, but still a lot to improve.

It's definitely a step in the right direction, we've not "leveled up" as I'd have liked, but a few more pieces to the puzzle we'll be there or there abouts.

There are issues that definitely seem to be more coaching issues than player issues. We need to "pull the trigger" more!!!

Made a good impression during his first 2 starts in the national team. Saw him live vs France last Friday and was positively surprised. I had a lot of doubts about his transfer based on what all the hardcore Eredivisie fans around me said but he’s proven all of them wrong. All of them admit he has been very good this season.

People expect him to become Frenkie de Jongs partner in crime on the NL midfield. That would be quite the duo!

Already linked to PSG and Man U, the latter with ETH very keen on him.

I hope he stays for at least 2 seasons. If then he wants to leave, we can easily fetch 70-90 million euros.

Has been a shadow of himself since the int. break which is a major problem right now. Maybe should be completely rested against Napoli.

Was thinking the same thing yesterday.
He’s been our best midfielder this season because he’s so good on the ball but he basically doesn’t fit Piolismo. A coach like De Zerbi would work wonders with this guy in his midfield :proud:

This poor clueless fella needs a coach to help him develop. So much potential.

Watched him with Netherlands and his role was RW in a 343, invisible for the whole match

He's playing even worse with us
